Start before you eat
A pre-meal system built on oat beta-glucan, developed to work with the body's natural satiety signaling.
How to use
Consume 1 serving (3 bites) 15–30 minutes before main meals.
Drink water before and together with consumption to support hydration of the oat fibre matrix.
The gradual viscosity development during consumption is a natural part of how the oat beta-glucan system functions. Drinking water together also supports a smoother eating experience.
Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Ensure adequate daily fluid intake.
Intro
mybeta is built on a simple idea. Work with the body, not against it.
We develop food systems designed to support the body's natural satiety signaling.
Selected Swedish oats, naturally rich in beta-glucan, form the foundation. Combined with lipids and fibres, they create a coordinated system intended to support earlier satiety and a more measured eating pattern.
The beta4you platform brings together technology, know-how and experience in functional nutrition.
mybetabite is the first expression of this approach.
New to fibre?
- Start with 1 serving per day
- Increase gradually
- Drink water regularly
The body adapts within a few days.
New foods, fibres, textures and routines can take some time for the body to adapt to.
We therefore recommend allowing the body a short adjustment period when introducing oat beta-glucan as part of a new daily routine.
Oat beta-glucan
Each serving provides 1 g oat beta-glucan.
Oat beta-glucan is a soluble fibre that has been shown to lower blood cholesterol.
High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease.
A daily intake of 3 g oat beta-glucan is required to obtain this effect.
Ingredients
Oat ingredients (bio-hydrothermal germinated oats, oat fibre including beta-glucan), vegetable fat (rapeseed), soluble corn fibre, salt, natural flavourings.
Contains oats. May contain traces of gluten.
